Tibet Foundation Website has been designed for maximum compatibility with popular web-browsers and W3C Standards.

	The site makes extensive use of CSS 1.0 in layout and design.
	The site conforms to the HTML 4.01 Transitional standard

Please note that certain older browsers such as Netscape 4 (pre-) and Internet Explorer 3 (pre-) do not handle CSS in accordance to the defined standards. As a result this (and many other) website will not display as intended. Please consider upgrading to a newer browser. These can be downloaded for free - Mozilla (successor of Netscape) or Internet Explorer.
