He is recognised meditation master and is the personal Tutor to the four Regents of the Karma Kagyu Lineage, and to His Holiness the 17th Karmapa. Rinpoche will be teaching from "Pointing Out The Dharmakya", a concise but profound meditation manual by the 9th Karmapa, Wangchug Dorje (1556 - 1603). These teachings are from a Mahamudra text, a Buddhist system of meditation on the nature of the mind. It covers the meditation techniques of Shinay (calm abiding) and Lhatong (insight meditation). Rinpoche will be explaining the stages and paths travelled using this system. These teachings represent a complete path towards enlightenment. --------------------------------------------

*Please note that this donation covers the expenses of bringing Rinpoche to Oxford. It is customary to also give an offering to the teacher on the last day of the teachings. Thrangu House is a non-profit organisation and is solely funded by donations. Thank you for your understanding.
